Two a/c units. 16,000 upper, and 12,000 lower, w/reverse heating.
Engine heat, and engine also heats hot water heater.
Excellent ventilation from 2 skylights, portholes, sliding windows, and doors.
Screen enclosures on two of the three doors.  Hmmm.  Will have to fix!
GPS, radar, plotter, fathometer, autopilot, SSB and soon to have VHF
Queen berth forward, over/under bunks in guest quarters, salon area couch pulls out to make bed.
Berths for snorers on roof.  (Uncovered, no mosq net, BYO mattress.. just kidding)

Excellent noise insulation around engine room, ie. don't have to raise your voice to talk

Dual racor primary fuel filters on main, single racor on gen-set.
Refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave.  Needs cook/dishwasher.
Great dive platform.  Must design ladder.
Raised pilothouse with sliding side doors allows easy access to the deck for docking/anchoring, etc.
This as yet un-named vessel and I will be a perfect fit.
